Returns & Exchanges

Undefeated accepts returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging within 30 days of the purchase date. Please note that certain limited-edition releases and final sale items are not eligible for return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and include all original tags, accessories, and a copy of your packing slip.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and retain your tracking number; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
